14 days, no reason needed

You can return any piece bought online within 14 days of the day you receive it, for any reason.

No exchanges

Every VIKTRA piece is rebuilt by hand and exists once. There is no other size or colour to swap it for, so we offer refunds, not exchanges.

Condition

• Unworn, unwashed and as you received it.
• Pieces that come back worn or damaged may get a reduced refund for the loss in value.

How to return

1. Within 14 days of delivery, tell us you want to return it — through our contact page or a message to @viktra.co on Instagram — with your order details.
2. We reply with the return address.
3. Send the piece back within 14 days of telling us, with tracking.

Costs

• You pay the cost of sending the piece back.
• If the piece arrived faulty or is not what we described, we pay the return.

Refund

We refund the price of the piece and the standard shipping you paid, to the original payment method, within 14 days of receiving it back.

Pieces bought in a partner store

Pieces bought in a store follow that store's own returns policy.

Devoluciones — Español

14 días, sin dar motivo. Puedes devolver cualquier pieza comprada online en los 14 días siguientes a recibirla.

Sin cambios. Cada pieza VIKTRA es única, rehecha a mano en Barcelona; no hay otra talla ni color, así que ofrecemos reembolso, no cambio.

Estado. Sin usar, sin lavar y tal como la recibiste. Si vuelve usada o dañada, el reembolso puede reducirse según la pérdida de valor.

Cómo. Escríbenos en los 14 días siguientes a la entrega desde nuestra página de contacto o por Instagram a @viktra.co. Te enviamos la dirección; envía la pieza con seguimiento en los 14 días siguientes.

Costes. El envío de vuelta corre de tu cuenta, salvo que la pieza llegue defectuosa o no sea la descrita.

Reembolso. Devolvemos el precio de la pieza y el envío estándar pagado, al mismo medio de pago, en un máximo de 14 días desde que la recibimos.
